What are the ITA Membership requirements?
In order to qualify as an Internal Technology Leader member, you must:
Be your firm's Internal Technology Leader (CIO/CTO), or directly report to that person.
Have demonstrated a "track record" for delivering high quality and cost-effective internal IT services and support.
Be willing to share your experiences with, as well as learn from the experiences of, fellow ITA members.
Endorse, in writing, the
ITA Code of Professional Conduct

Attendance by up to 3 firm members at each of three national
events
per year to network with, and learn from, the leaders of similar organizations and other leading industry partners and vendors in premier settings with first-class accommodations.

How can I take maximum advantage of my ITA membership?
When you become an ITA member, you affiliate yourself with a highly recognized and respected community of IT professionals. To maximize the ITA's brand recognition for you, and the profession, member firms are encouraged to:
Participate actively in the ITA. You will not benefit from the incredible resources and networking opportunities if you are not involved.
Use the ITA logo as described in the ITA usage guidelines if you and your firm believe it has marketing value.
Link your website to the ITA website.
Actively network with other ITA members.
How do I join?
To join the ITA, you must complete our on-line
Member Profile and Application
for our review and agree that you and other members of your firm will adhere to the
ITA Code of Professional Conduct
.
When you meet our membership criteria and are approved, you must then:
Pay your annual membership fee, currently $6500

and commit to payment of the annual fee each year by August 31.
Commit to send at least one firm member to both the
Spring ITA Members Meeting
and the
Fall Collaborative
(2 attendees are highly recommended).
Participate in all benchmarking surveys and best practices studies conducted by the ITA;
Sign the
ITA Code of Professional Conduct
.
Maintain your membership qualifications, including timely payment of invoices for meeting cost sharing and support fees.
