Please complete the information below and submit it for action by the ITA Board of Directors which will usually occur within 5 business days.  Each application will be considered on a case by case basis.  Membership becomes official with the payment of initial fees and submission of a signed Code of Professional Conduct.  Contingent status will be granted upon approval decision by the Board.
