Rate:
$219 plus taxes – Good as long as there is space available and for 3 days either side of the meeting. Includes these resort fees:
· No charge for local phone calls
· No access charge for credit card and 800 numbers
· Starbucks regular and decaffeinated coffee provided daily in the guest room
· Monday-Friday USA Today newspaper deliver
· Use of Health Club facilities
· Shuttle service within the Resort and to The Palmer Course, and Six Flags Fiesta Theme Park (in season)

Airport Shuttle Information
Airport transportation
The Resort is 12 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. ITA has negotiated airport transfer rates and service with Star Shuttle & Charter in San Antonio (www.starshuttle.com). Star Shuttle will pick you up at San Antonio International Airport and take you to the Westin La Cantera. They will also provide return service from the Westin to the airport on your day of departure. Service for IT Alliance attendees can be made by calling our offices at 800-341-6000 ext 163. Please mention that you are attending the IT Alliance meeting for the special rate of $24 One Way or $40 Roundtrip. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. ON-SITE RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Taxi
From the airport, you can also take a cab for an average price of about $30.00. These are located outside of the baggage claim area. (* Keep in mind that cabs may not be readily available to return from the resort to the airport, therefore we cannot guaranty being on time for departing flights if this option is chosen.)
