Credit Hours:  Up to 12 hours of Group-Live CPE available.  
 
Learning Objective:  Participants will learn best practices and hear what peers in the industry are doing with respect to:  developing leadership knowledge, skills and techniques; planning how to integrate them into day-to-day work experiences; and executing their plan for becoming a more effective leader. 

Program Content:  The program will feature various methods of learning and skill development over a one-year period aimed at becoming a better leader:  instructor led-topic discussions, workplace case studies, Individual Leadership Development Plan generation, in-class Leadership Base Camp Retreats, teleconference leadership training, one-on-one coaching and mentoring, online peer networking, and peer accountability.  Each method is designed to enable participants to become better leaders and enhance career development and opportunities.

Prerequisites:  Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, sales or management in the IT Industry

Information Technology Alliance (#107740) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
