CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations will be honored up to 7 days prior to the event with no obligation. Substitutions within the same company will be honored. After 7 days, there will be no refunds.

PHOTO RELEASE and UTILIZATION POLICY

By registering for an Information Technology Alliance (ITA) Event, I hereby grant irrevocable right and permission for ITA to photograph and/or record videos of me during ITA events. I grant permission for ITA to use the photographs and/or videos in publications, newsletters, social media posts, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of ITA. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

Waiver of Liability, Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

By signing up for an activity of the ITA, I understand that as a result of accidents on either public streets or private property, I do hereby waive all claims, release, indemnity, and hold harmless the Information Technology Alliance, its contractors, directors and agents, in both their public and private capacities, from any and all liability, claims, suits, demands or causes of action which may arise, including any negligence by them.

I hereby specifically agree to indemnify the Information Technology Alliance, and its agents, in both their public and private capacities, from the consequences of any negligence attributed to them.
