While planning your trip, please try to set aside some ”Personal Time” to enjoy one or more of the many things the Social Committee has planned or other things you might enjoy while in Denver. Remember that each Social activity below has links to read more about the activity and/or location.

Most of the activities have an additional cost and the prices are shown in each section below. Keep in mind that your standard registration fee includes all Meals, the Sunday Receptions, and Monday Night's Party Event!

Transportation leaves hotel 7:30am, return leaves Club at 1:30pm (45 min drive from hotel)

1955: The RBMC, a motorcycle club rides into Hollister, California for the annual races. The residents are uneasy but mostly willing to put up with their visitors. But, trouble starts when the first prize is given in the hotly contested "Arden Van Sycle" Motorcycle Rally. As the judges wait for the picture to be developed to determine the photo finish, trouble begins when the winner is announced! Follow the clues, solve the crime, be a hero in record time!

Transportation: Walking then use the 16th Street Mall Tram from Union Station back to the hotel. Free Tram Link
Inclusions and Exclusions:
Includes set food tastings and private experienced local guides and all taxes, fees, and gratuities. Additional tastings, drink pairings or drinks ordered by guests during the tour will be their responsibility.
Tastings are subject to change. Let us know ahead of time if you have dietary restrictions and we can ask the tour to try and accommodate. Typically, the tour does not accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free or vegans. As tastings are pre-ordered and paid for, tour cannot accommodate last-minute dietary restrictions or dietary preferences.
Can the tours run in inclement weather? Yes tours run rain, snow or shine as all tastings are seated indoors.

Denver Botanic Gardens is a living museum with more than 300,000 plants and the horticulturists that care for these plants have a wealth of knowledge about gardening in Colorado. Come enjoy the Gardens in the company of an expert.
tuesday, april 26 – Fun Run
No Fee – Sign-Up Only
Meet in the Lobby at 5:45 am - Run Departs at 6:00 am
On Tuesday morning at 6:00 am, a group of ITAers will create their own 3-5 mile run that will tour nearby Denver sites.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy
Cancellations will be honored up to 7 days prior to the event with no obligation. Substitutions within the same company will be honored. After 7 days, there will be no refunds.
