Participation

  • Members actively contribute their insights and expertise, engaging in a balanced exchange that values both sharing and learning from others.

Member-to-Member Confidentiality

  • Any insights shared in ITA meetings, forums, or internal communications are confidential unless the speaker provides explicit written permission or it is anonymized.
  • Unauthorized sharing (including identifying details) is prohibited.
  • Breaches may result in actions up to membership termination.

Conflicts of Interest & Antitrust Compliance

  • Disclose any personal, financial, or firm-related interest that might influence your objectivity.
  • Participation in discussions or media involving sensitive business topics—like pricing, markets, or customer allocation—is prohibited. These restrictions align with ITA’s Terms and Conditions on posting and antitrust laws.

Reporting & Investigation

  • ITA investigates reports impartially and confidentially.
  • Retaliation against anyone making a report in good faith is prohibited.

  • The Code will be reviewed and updated every two to three years to remain current.
