Scottsdale is such a vibrant place with so much to offer. While planning your trip, please try to set aside some ”Personal Time” to enjoy one or more of the many things the Social Committee has planned. You’ll find plenty of ways to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the beautiful Scottsdale area.

Most of the activities have an additional cost and the prices are shown in each section below. Keep in mind that your standard registration fee includes all Meals during the event, the Sunday Receptions, and Monday night’s Dinner Party Event!
MONDAY NIGHT DINNER PARTY

Join your ITA friends and colleagues for an evening of your favorite beverages, delicious food, great music, stargazing, and quality networking! The “Star Dudes” are a group of local night sky enthusiasts who give stargazing experiences with their own telescopes. You will get a glimpse of planets, nebulae, distant galaxies, the surface of the moon, and more. Don’t miss this chance to dine under the Arizona stars and view them as well! Get ready to connect, unwind, and enjoy good company.

SATURDAY OPTIONAL LIVE INTERACTIVE MURDER MYSTERY DINNER

Murder Mystery at Lou Malnati’s Restaurant & Pizzeria (in a Private Room)

Murder At The Vampire’s Wedding
Fun in Fang-a-vein-ia! An out-of-cash Count needing to save his castle seeks to marry a pure-blooded young lady from Catch Fish Crawls, Kentucky. You’re among the relatives from both sides of the family gathered in FANGAVEINIA for the wedding. However, the ceremony is interrupted by a “staking” in the heart, and it’s up to you to discover who turned matrimony in to MURDER!

SUNDAY GOLF EVENT
TALKING STICK – O’oDHAM COURSE
Sunday – November 2
Come play the majestic O’odham Course at the Talking Stick Golf Course
*Advance Registration Required*
Cost $240 Per Person
Pricing includes Golf , Golf Cart with GPS , Bottled Water, Course Contests, Range Balls and Transportation to and from the Golf Course.
Coach Bus leaves the hotel at 6:10am and returns at 1:00pm
Tee Times begin at 7:00 am
Club Rentals available for a fee of $80, includes 2 sleeves of ball ( to be paid at the course by the golfer)
Immerse yourself in beauty, history, and tranquility as you begin your journey through the Sonoran Desert at The Valley of the Sun’s finest resort golf experience. Wild horses, coyotes, and wildlife will join you on your journey through the O’odham and Piipaash courses. Grab a Talking Stick and record your own story.

An opportunity to explore historic Old Town Scottsdale, both past and present, led by local foodie enthusiasts with passion for excellence.
- This is a walking tour, made also to be wheelchair accessible.
- Tours are vegetarian friendly, however vegan substitutions are not always available.
- Tours are gluten-free friendly, however we cannot avoid all cross-contamination for celiac disease.
- If requesting specific dietary accommodation, be advised selections will differ slightly from others
- This walking tour is suitable for all fitness levels. Guests must be age 12+
ITA Fun Run

Start your Monday morning MOTIVATED by joining Mark Severance and other ITA-ers for a Monday Fun Run starting at 6:00am.
