Indianapolis, Indiana, often nicknamed “Indy” or the “Crossroads of America,” is the capital and largest city of the state of Indiana. Located in the heart of the Midwest, it’s a dynamic and evolving city known for its sports culture, rich history, and friendly community vibe. There are many activities to choose from in the area. Please set aside “personal time” to enjoy the Optional Social Activities the ITA team has planned, plus add in a few of your own!

Most of the activities have an additional cost and the prices are shown in each section below. Keep in mind that your standard registration fee includes all Meals during the event, the Sunday Receptions, and Monday night’s Dinner Party Event!

MONDAY NIGHT DINNER PARTY (FOR ALL ATTENDEES)

Get ready for the Monday night dinner party, “Indy After Dark”. Join your ITA friends for a lap, or several, of great food, drinks, and music.  Remember,“If you’re not first, you’re last”, so don’t get left behind! Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, unwind, and enjoy great company in a relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you there!

SATURDAY OPTIONAL GOLF

Saturday – April 18

1:00-2:00 PM Tee Off

Cost: TBD (includes golf plus cart) to be paid on site

No advanced Registration – EMAIL TO GET ON THE LIST

We plan to continue our tradition of offering a golf option to a smaller group for Saturday while in Indianapolis.  Josh Gilstrap and Ben Weiss are working on finalizing the specific course, timing and pricing.

SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER & FUN EVENT – PUNCH BOWL SOCIAL

Saturday – April 18

6:30 – 9:30 PM

Cost $150 per person includes an upscale dinner buffet and loads of entertainment!

LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF INDY A SHORT WALK FROM THE JW MARRIOTT HOTEL

In the heart of Indianapolis,  the 20,250-square-foot complex offers a game-changing experience that pairs bowling, darts and more games with amazing food and craft cocktails. This venue is designed to make every visit unforgettable, whether you’re gearing up for skeeball, or just enjoying a night out with fellow ITAers!

DARTSEE LOUNGE – Includes 3 Dartsee (Dart boards with Automatic Scoring) and 1 ping pong table.

VIP BOWLING LANES – Includes 2 full-size bowling lanes.

A semi-private set of lanes nearby.

For those that don’t want the fun to end. There’s an After Party at Punch Bowl – After Dark 9:00pm to Midnight! This would be an “on your own” party.

Explore the home of “The Greatest spectacle in racing”

Ever wondered what it feels like to win the Indianapolis 500? Our 30-minute Victory Podium Tour brings that dream to life. Venture through the heart of racing in the Garage Area and the world-famous Gasoline Alley, then stand atop the Victory Podium—just like the champions—where legends celebrate with the iconic bottle of milk. Track laps are not included due to track activity.

SUNDAY MORNING GOLF – PURGATORY GOLF CLUB

Sunday – April 19

7:30-8:00 AM Tee Times (Depart Hotel around 6:00-6:15 AM)

Cost: $150 Includes Green Fees, Cart and Transportation

Located just 27 miles north of Indianapolis, Purgatory Golf Club is a beautiful yet demanding test of golf. Built on 218 acres, the course features at least six tee boxes per hole, making it playable for all skill levels. From the forward tees it measures 4,600 yards, while the championship tees stretch to a formidable 7,700 yards—making it the longest course in Indiana and the longest non-mountain par-72 in the world.

Purgatory is known for its dramatic scale, tall prairie grass roughs, and more than 125 white-sand bunkers made of crushed limestone. Signature holes include the bunker-lined 16th and the unforgettable 17th, “Hell’s Half Acre,” a par three where the green sits as an island surrounded by two acres of sand.

True to its name, Purgatory rewards perseverance with an unforgettable golf experience.

Start your Monday morning MOTIVATED by joining Mark Severance and other ITA-ers for a Monday Fun Run / Walk starting at 6:00am. There will be a walking route and running route so both walkers and runners are welcome!!!

TUESDAY EVENING Optional Dinner MEET UP– For ITAers that are staying over Tuesday after the Collaborative
