You will be on your feet, working in small teams, running timed pit stop challenges using authentic NASCAR style equipment.

Along the way, you will see how clear roles, tight communication, and continuous improvement separate average performance from exceptional results. The session is facilitated by NASCAR’s first professional pit crew coach, who will share practical insights from championship teams and help you translate those lessons directly into your own work environment.
