
Fall 2025 Registration

To register for the Collaborative, you must login with your email address and password. Registration is for MEMBERS ONLY and you/your team must be listed in our membership system and linked to a Member Organization. Main contacts or their designees can check to see who is listed and make changes.

We have implemented a new Membership system in September 2024, so your prior login before that timeframe may no longer work. You can reset/create your new password during the login process. After you click Log in, you may need to click “Forgot your password” to set a password.
You can also go to the Member Portal to update your profile. Your organization’s main contact can also update the organization profile or add team members.

Registration Fees
Consultants & Resellers (CR)
- $1,350 per attendee CR Member fee.
- One (1) Attendee is prepaid per year is included with your dues. (Note: prepaid registration can be used for Fall or Spring Collaborative)
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- Unlimited Additional CR Attendees at the $1,350 per attendee fee.

Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAS)
- $1,350 per attendee CAS Member fee.
- One (1) Attendee is prepaid with your dues. (Note: one prepaid registration is included for both the Fall and Spring Collaborative)
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- Unlimited Additional CAS Attendees at the $1,350 per attendee fee.
Consultants to the Profession (CTP)
- $1,350 per attendee CTP Member fee.
- One (1) Attendee is prepaid per year is included with your dues. (Note: prepaid registration can be used for Fall or Spring Collaborative.)
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- Unlimited Additional CTP Attendees at the $1,350 per attendee fee.
Internal Technology Leaders of Top 50 CPA Firms (ITL)
- Four (4) ITL Attendees are prepaid with your dues.
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- Unlimited Additional ITL Attendees at the $1,350 per attendee fee.
Technology Partner Members (TP)
- Platinum TP Members
- Four (4) Attendees are prepaid with your dues.
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- Up to Two (2)Additional Attendees – $1,550 per attendee TP Member Fee.
- Gold TP Members
- Two (2) Attendees are prepaid with your dues.
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- One (1) Additional Attendee – $1,550 per attendee TP Member Fee.
- Silver TP Members
- One (1) Attendee is prepaid with your dues.
- You will be able to apply your Prepaid Registration Benefits during the registration process.
- NO Additional Attendees.
Guests of Registered Individuals (i.e. spouse, friend, partner)
- $425 fee includes Sunday and Monday night events plus meals included on the agenda (typically breakfast and lunch). You are also welcome to attend the Keynotes and General Sessions.

Nonmembers
- $1,850 per attendee fee is available to qualified membership prospects and invited guests.
- Please Note: Nonmember registration cannot be processed online. If you are not a current ITA member and are interested in attending, please contact us directly for assistance with registration.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy
Cancellations will be honored up to 7 days prior to the event with no obligation. Substitutions within the same company will be honored. After 7 days, there will be no refunds.
