What is the process of transferring my registration to the new date?

Current non-canceled Registrants of the ITA Spring 2020 in April will automatically be registered for the  ITA Savannah 2020 Collaborative now scheduled for July 26-28, 2020. We will email all non-canceled registrants next week to reconfirm your attendance.

What is the process of transferring my Optional Event Session registration(s) to the new date?

Current non-canceled Optional Event (i.e. golf, tours) session registrations of ITA Spring 2020 in April will automatically be moved to the ITA Savannah 2020 Optional Event sessions. Sunday Haunted Pub tour will be moved to Saturday evening.  The Monday golf and tours will be moved to Sunday morning. The Wednesday Fun Run will be moved to Tuesday morning. We will email all non-canceled event registrants next week to reconfirm.

How do I reschedule my hotel and airfare?

If you booked your hotel through the ITA Spring 2020 Hotel Reservation link on our meeting website page, then your hotel will be canceled automatically. To rebook for the new date in July, please visit your ITA Savannah Meeting Website. The hotel reservation link should be ready before end of next week (by March 20). Please manage your own changes for airfare, other transportation and hotel booked outside of the ITA's Westin hotel website. If you booked your hotel in any other way than the ITA reservation link, then please cancel your reservation directly with the hotel.

What if I can't make it to the reschedule Savannah event?

A full refund/prepaid cancellation will be provided to any ITA Collaborative Registrant that cannot attend July 26-28, 2020. To request a cancellation or fee payment refund, please email our team via ita@italliance.com.
