The ITA membership is made up of five different constituencies, each sharing the common goal of providing products and/or services to the small and mid sized business community (the SMB marketplace). Click on each membership type for more information and their Value Proposition.
Our CR membership consists of consulting and/or reselling firms (often referred to as VARs) who provide technology products, services and on-going support directly to SMB end-users and clients. CRs may focus on business applications, managed services, infrastructure, security or any combination of those services. Business owners, practice leaders and other key management personnel (e.g. sales and marketing leaders) attend ITA meetings to represent their firms.
Our ITL membership consists of the CIO and IT management teams of some of the largest, multi-office CPA firms in North America. These IT leaders come to ITA meetings to share best practices on how to deliver the highest quality IT products and services to their end users within their respective firms.
Our CAS membership consists of the practice leaders and management teams of some of the largest, multi-office CPA firms in North America. These CAS practice leaders come to ITA meetings to share best practices on how to deliver the highest quality accounting and advisory products and services to their customers and clients for their respective firms.
Alliance Partners are software publishers who provide software products for the SMB market and use a “Channel Partner’ model (using our CR firms) as a primary method of delivering their products and services to their targeted end-users. Alliance Partners are committed to help recruit their top tier channel partners into the ITA as a way to improve the overall effectiveness and viability of their channel strategy.
APVs are firms that develop and deliver technology products that help our CR and ITL firms improve/run their internal businesses. APVs often provide ITA members with special product offers and/or prices in exchange for higher visibility within the ITA membership. Like our AP members, they also are active in helping recruit their non-ITA clients into the ITA.
Our Consultants to the Profession members provide management consulting services to our other membership groups and work with our members to improve the way they operate their businesses. Our CTPs consist of marketing and sales consultants, business advisors, strategic planning consultants and other professional services providers who focus on delivering their services to the technology consulting and CPA marketplace.
